Welcome to Nutrition-TLC

Putting it together

Are you tired of taking pills and more pills plus salves for aches and pains or rashes that don’t seem to go away? Do you have diabetes, pre-diabetes, hypothyroid, fibromyalgia, GERD, gluten sensitivity, IBS, headaches, symptoms from unknown causes? Have you been told by your doctor to watch your cholesterol, triglycerides, or blood pressure…or your weight? All of these are likely to connect to how you eat and your lifestyle habits, and often can be greatly improved with what you eat or don’t eat. You say you can’t cook, don’t have time, have a lot of stress?

We’ll work with that.  I’m offering telehealth services which are presently covered by many health insurance companies. Call or email me for more information!

My goal is to see my patients enjoy better health now and also reduce the risk of long-term complications. We will target inflammation at its source using Integrative Nutrition Therapy combining western and complementary approaches. We work with lifestyle as the first line of defense, often reducing or eliminating the need for medication, to help you get lasting results so you can live life to the fullest!

If you might be one of the estimated 15-20% potentially bothered by food sensitivities, I offer LEAP MRT (Mediator Release Test) to determine which foods are problematic for you and which are likely to be safe. The test includes 170 foods and chemicals. I will help you interpret the results and we then work together to implement them for positive change. If stress management and exercise are part of your concerns, we will pay attention to those as well.

Let’s talk about the power of food and what actions you can take toward prevention or healing, or reaching your goals to feel better, look better and have more energy.
