Fight inflammation in chronic or persistent conditions --
Call for help with:
Managing your Diabetes or Pre-Diabetes well will give you the ability to minimize the risk of long-term complications such as impaired eyesight, loss of kidney function, or neuropathy. You will learn a practical simplified approach to improve your blood sugar control (and weight if that is an issue for you) for a healthier present and future.
Food sensitivities are a common cause of many hard-to-diagnose chronic conditions including IBS, migraines, “brain fog”, fibromyalgia and more, affecting an estimated 15-20% of the population. As a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT), I offer LEAP testing and counseling to help you quickly identify what foods, additives, and chemicals are likely to provoke your symptoms, and more importantly, which foods have the highest probability of being safe. Using the LEAP ImmunoCalm Dietary Management Program to help calm your immune system, we will work together to get you the best results for better health!
LEAP MRT tests 176 foods and chemicals to identify your personal sensitivities based on antibody reaction levels. (chart, Oxford Associates)

Also offering SpectraCell’s Micronutrient test — “measures 31 vitamins, minerals, amino/fatty acids, antioxidants, and metabolites – and how they affect cellular function in a person. Correlating micronutrient deficiencies not only slows aging and degenerative disease progression, it can also prevent as well as repair cellular dysfunction, and by extension, disease.”

HERE'S WHAT PEOPLE HAVE TO SAY ABOUT ELLEN OF NUTRITION-TLC:
"I just had my 6-month routine visit with the urologist, and he had AMAZING news! My kidney stone, which measured 2.5 millimeters from my previous ultrasound in June, has completely disappeared. The ultrasound technician could find absolutely no trace of it! And there is no blood in my urine anymore.
Ellen, you did it!! You not only solved my GERD problems, your dietary recommendations dissolved my kidney stone, and I didn't even know it! : ) : ) "

"I have known Ellen Harris as a friend for twenty years. Last summer I found myself needing her professional services. I had been suffering from an increasingly aggressive form of atopic dermatitis for four years. It had spread all over my face, neck, and arms. I was miserable.
Allergists and dermatologists had been misdiagnosing it and treating it with injections and salves that only addressed the symptoms (and poorly at that), but never the sources causing the inflammation. My wife suggested that I approach Ellen to see if a change in diet might help. I met with her, and she arranged for me to take the MRT-LEAP blood test. The results came back, showing that I had sensitivities to various foods and food additives. With Ellen’s assistance and that of her mentors, I then went on the MRT-LEAP Immuno-calm Diet. After four weeks on a strict diet, my dermatitis was nearly gone. In the weeks that followed, I gradually added low-risk foods back into my diet. I am now nearly rash-free, and am able to keep my dermatitis almost completely in-check by means of controlling what foods I eat. I will always be grateful to Ellen for the assistance she offered me in alleviating my extreme discomfort. "
